This is the worst Marriott I've ever stayed in. On the first day, I checked in to a basement room with a symbolic window and the basement wall outside! It's obviously a scam. There was no warning when booking. The second time I checked in, I had to wait until 3pm before I got a room. They said they arranged the best fourth floor!
